Description:

This is one of the Eladrin artifacts that Sorannis is searching for- a statuette, about as long as a man’s arm, made of alabaster and gold, depicting an elven boy dancing and playing the pipes. It was once located in the temple of Corellon in Sharandar, but was stolen.

The statuette was located in the temple because resting underneath it heals even the most grievous of wounds.

Power (Encounter * Healing): Move Action. Spend a healing surge. Instead of regaining hit points as normal, you or an ally within 5 squares of you gains temporary hit points equal to your healing surge value, plus the enhancement bonus of this item.
Special: If you have reached at least one milestone since your last extended rest, you may spend an action point, instead of a healing surge, to gain the use of this power. If you do so, you do not gain an extra standard action as normal.
